    CDSMP to Workplace CDSMP Cross Training - January 12 2022

    Training description

    Type: Zoom video webinar with pre-work
    Prerequisite:  Certified or recently trained Master Trainer or T-Trainer in 2020 Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP).

    This Trainer orientation webinar will enable Trainers to train their CDSMP Leaders to the Worksite CDSMP (wCDSMP).  The wCDSMP has the same content as the CDSMP, with minor exceptions, and it written to be offered 2 times per week for 50-60 minutes for 6 weeks at worksites. THIS PROGRAM IS TO BE USED ONLY IN WORKPLACES!  You may not offer it to the general public!

    Training details

    Reading materials and submitting homework are required during the 2 weeks before the webinar, and must be submitted 2 business days before the webinar. Be sure to allow yourself enough time to Read the wCDSMP manual and supporting documents and complete your homework.
