FREE.  This webinar is available as a service of SMRC and the National Council for Aging (NCOA).  "Opportunities to Implement Live Healthy, Work Healthy: The Workplace Chronic Disease Self-Management Program" is an open-ended FREE webinar.  Join this webinar for an overview of the Live Healthy, Work Healthy program, outcomes from evaluation, and recommendations for embedding the workplace program in communities. Presenters will highlight strategies for identifying implementation sites, recruiting participants, and collecting program data. Speakers will be Dr. Kate Lorig from SMRC, Matthew Lee Smith from Texas A&M University, Heather Zuercher from University of Georgia and Shawn M. Kneipp, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
