CDSMP Master Training - February 07, 2020

Training description

Prerequisites:

- Trainee must be sponsored by a licensed SMRC organization, and

- is new to CDSMP or are already a CDSMP Leader.

Training details

This training will prepare the trainee to facilitate in- person CDSMP workshops and Leader training and meets for 5 days (Monday through Friday) times per week for about 2 1/2 hours each time. The first week trainees will meet once for a required orientation and online technical training. In weeks 2-7 trainees will attend a vCDSMP workshop the first day and a training skills session the second day each week.

Homework will be required, taking up to 2 hours each week. Trainees will also be required to lead a simulated CDSMP workshop with another trainee twice. This is an intense, time-consuming training.
