CDSMP Master Training - March 06, 2020

Training description

Type: In person

Prerequisites:

  1. Sponsored by a licensed SMRC organization (licensing information)

  2. Is already a certified Leader in any of the SMRC programs

  3. Has facilitated at least 2 full 6-week workshops (virtual or in-person) in any of the SMRC programs


This training will prepare the trainee to facilitate in-person Leader trainings. This is not an online training. It is an in-person training held over 2 days.

Training details

This training meets daily for 2 days. It meets for 8 hours per day for the first day, and 4 hours the last day. All materials are provided. Lunch is provided for the first day.

Homework will be required. Trainees will also be required to lead a simulated CDSMP workshop activity with another trainee once and facilitate with their partner the practice teaching of another pair. This is an intense 2-day training.
