Public Organization Locator Information

In order to serve your community and the communities around the world, SMRC provides a Locator on our public website. The locator enables anyone wanting one to find a workshop near them, helping both the person and the organization to find each other.

If you chose to do so, the default locator for the BMS Family Health Center will show the information below. If you would like to customize it, please edit the below information.

Public Locator Information

All licensed organizations should fill out this form. If you do not fill out the form the public will get erroneous information about your workshops. All information is for the organization, not the sites that you might offer workshops (such as the senior center, community center, etc.).

This information will be seen by the public looking for a workshop. Information here should be for the public!
