Refund Policy

Any refunds will be provided by credit card refund or check after the original payment is verified.

Licenses

License fees are non-refundable. Please refer to your licensing agreement for terms and conditions.

All Virtual Leader and Master Trainer Trainings
and Master Trainer Virtual Certification

• A full refund of the tuition will be given up to one month before the start date of the training. Please refer to the training calendar and the registration page for the applicable date of the training you want to attend. The registration deadline is typically one week before the start date of the virtual (online) training.
• If the Training is cancelled, a full refund will be given.
• If you do not complete the homework by the due date, or you fail to attend or actively participate in the training, no refund will be given.

Cross-Training, Update and Refresher Training Webinars

A full refund of the tuition will be given up to 3 weeks before the date of the webinar. If your request is received less than three weeks before the scheduled webinar, no refund will be given.

• If the webinar is cancelled, a full refund will be given.
• If you do not complete the homework by the due date, or you fail to attend or actively participate in the webinar, no refund will be given.
