The Aging Well with HIV workshop (AWHIV) is adapted from the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) and the Positive Self-Management Program (PSMP). The PSMP served us for many years, beginning at the height of the AIDS pandemic, but HIV is now a chronic disease and people are living longer lives with the virus.
